PRISCILA is related to both NUBIA and DESEADA through different lines. NUBIA's sire FAROLERO XXX (LEBRIJANO III line) is PRISCILA's grand sire, by her dam, in combination with the traditional old lines from Miguel San Usle, including AVISPADO II, Champion of Spain EQUUS 1995 (descendant of ANDAIMA IV ), plus the MORENO LOVERA bloodlines via ADRIANO. On her sire's side, LIMBO VI is also a son of ERMITANO III from MARIA ESCALERA stud farm and a highly regarded dressage stallion.

She also descends to the wonderful MIURA bloodlines via VINATERO III, her maternal grandsire, present in the pedigrees of some of our other mares.  The MIURA horses provide great strength and agility with bloodlines that are highly sought after.

PRISCILA has already proved herself in the show ring by qualifying for SICAB as a 2year old, shortly prior to being imported to the UK whereupon she went on to take 2nd place in the 2 year old fillies class in 2008 (UK National Championships). Since this time, she has now been graded APTO and approved for breeding.

Due to her incredible ability, we decided to put her into dressage training.  So far, in 2010, she has been placed 1st (Open section)  in two Prelim tests, both first time out with 60% and 63% respectively. She won the English ridden class at HERTFORDSHIRE County Show, comprising pure and part bred Lusitano and PRE stallions, geldings and mares.   In the 2010 UK National Breed Championships, she excelled herself, 3rd and 2nd places in BD Prelim tests (64% and 66%); 1st PRE Ridden mares class; 1st place Mares Functionality, 3rd place in hand 4 year old mares class and Overall UK National Mare Functionality Champion.

PRISCILA is continuing her dressage career and will not be put in foal for a while until she has proved herself as a competition horse but she is already well on the way.
